This Law amends Law No. 3.135 on State Policy on climate change, environment conservation and sustainable development. Amendments deal with environmental administrative and legal proceedings. In particular, it specifies individuals, legal and traditional communities wishing to obtain the Certification must comply with all the requirements and control measures established by the Private Foundation.
