This Law, composed of 31 articles, regulates the legal regime applicable to concession of Oil use rights in Mozambique State. In particular, the Law rules on property and control over Oil resources, requirements and administrative procedures for oil operations. Moreover, the Law rules the environmental safety measures and concerns to be taken into account. Finally, the Law establishes the fiscal regime and the required procedures for dispute settlement.
