The scope of this Law shall be to ensure social protection of the population through access to welfare benefits, pensions, state subsidies and social benefits. State policy in the sphere of social protection of the population shall be based upon implementation of unified common policy in the sphere of social protection of the population, ensuring financial sustainability and increase of pensions of the citizens.
