Law 34/2013 amends and supplements articles 1, 24 and 25 of Law 9115 of 2003. The terms ‘State Environmental Inspectorate’ and ‘State Sanitary Inspectorate’ are replaced with “Inspectorate responsible for the environment protection’ and ‘Inspectorate responsible for health issues’ respectively. Further amendments deal with penalties and urgent measures issued in case of infringements.
