This law establishes the management authorities and governing Bodies for the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) 2007-2013 as well as the technical, financial and administrative terms and procedures for its implementation. The NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework) 2007–2013 constitutes the reference document for the programming of European Union Funds at national level for the 2007–2013 period. Part II (articles 35-45) of the Law provides for the management of two key initiativ
