The purpose of the present Law is the regulation of the relations in the sphere of waste management. The main targets of the Act are the prevention of negative impact of waste on human life, human health, environment, reduction of waste formation and ensuring rational use thereof in economic activity. The activity of legal persons in the sphere of waste management must ensure safety for human life and death, and also environment (art. 17). Rates of waste formation shall be elaborated and validat
