This Law amends articles 9, 32, 35, 36 and 37 of Law 9867 of 2008, concerning the definition and organizational structure of the Fishery Inspectorate, and its scope of authority for issuing penalties in case of infringements. The penalties appeal process is regulated by the law on inspection.
