This Law, consisting of 7 Chapters and 1 Annex, makes provision with respect to the following issues: Nuclear energy production and general provisions (Chap. 1); protection measures to avoid nuclear radiation (Chap. 2); National Control System from nuclear energy (Chaps. 3 and 4). Radio-Emergency provisions (Chap. 5) Responsibilities and penalties (Chap. 6) and Final provisions (Chap. 7). The Annex lays down all the definitions related with nuclear energy.
