This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic principles of activities related to scrappage of vehicles with a view of ensuring ecological safety and protection of environment and public health. Scrappage of vehicles shall consist of acceptance and dismantling and demolition thereof. Economic entities authorized to carry out scrappage of vehicles must ensure removal and disposal of industrial waste, transportation of waste shall be carried out separately from non-industrial (domestic)
