This Law amends articles 31, 40, 42, 44, and 45 of law 10120 of 2009 dealing with the definition and organizational structure of the Environment Inspectorate whose title is changed to Inspectorate responsible for environment protection. The inspection process and its supporting documentation is regulated by the Law on Inspection No. 10433 of 2012.
