The law No. 43 of 2013 amends articles 59-62 of Law No. 10253 of 2010 dealing with the law infringements and the supporting documentation. The inspection is carried out by the Forestry Police. In addition to fines, complimentary penalties may be executed. They include among others the confiscation of the hunting products and hunting permits, and sequestration of the hunting arms.
