This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic basis of licensing of the activities subject to licensing and is aimed at the ensuring the observance of terms and conditions required for carrying out the licensed activities. The following activities shall be licensed: (a) import, export, manufacturing, storage and trade of liquors and ethyl alcohol; (b) import and processing of tobacco; (c) manufacturing and wholesale trade of seeds and planting material; (d) pedigree stockbreeding; and
