This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic grounds for licensing of some activities. This Law shall not be applicable to energy sector. It establishes the modalities of filing application and issuance, renewal, suspension and withdrawal of licence for the following activities: (a) import and wholesale trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors; (b) viticulture, planting of fruit and berry varieties, seeds and planting material; (c) production, storage and trade of animal pedigree resources;
