The Law sets forth the principles and procedures of the establishment, management and audit of a licensed warehouse system for agricultural products, aiming at: facilitating trade in agricultural sector, ensuring safety and maintaining the quality of agricultural products. The Law covers procedural provisions on the application and issuing of licences and on insurances. It also covers provisions on financial matters such as licence fees, and assurances for storages.
