This Law, consisting of 2 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes the structure of the Institute for Rural Development Fisheries and Supply on the State of Alagoas (IDERAL). This institution aims at: controlling, managing and regulating the products of plant origin, developing activities on products of plant origin, promoting the development and dissemination of activities related to agriculture and agro-forestry sectors. Composition, duties and responsibilities of IDERAL are specified in the text.
