This Law is composed of 13 articles. Article 1 decrees desert lands a private State property. Article 2 deals with the following matters: appropriation of desert lands before the issuance of this Law shall not considered an acquired rights of disposal or decision nor compensation either real rights on these lands; all tribunals, judicial committees and cadastre judges shall abstain from examination, decision, valuation and judgment in complaints and denunciations related to desert lands (Albadey
