This Law establishes legal grounds for investments in accordance with concessions and is aimed at ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of investors, Republic of Belarus and it administrative and territorial units. In case of concessions related to subsoil, waterbodies, forests and land shall be applicable the present Law if otherwise is not envisaged by the acting legislation. Concession holders shall be granted guarantees envisaged by the legislation to investors. Concessions shall
