This Law establishes legal grounds for management and conservation of wild fauna. The scope of this Law shall be to ensure conservation and rational management of all wild fauna species populating or transiting the national territory and also kept in captive breeding, natural habitats thereof, mating grounds, populations, embryos thereof and also other objects of wild fauna.
