This Law amends Law No. 6.673, Law No. 6.443, Law No. 6.608, and Law No. 6.554, on sanitary measures for plant and animal protection. Amendments deal with: administrative and legal proceedings, composition and responsibilities of the competent authority, so called ADEAL, as well as financial aspects and sanctions in case of infractions caused by illegal activity, etc.
