This Law No. 73 of 2013 amends and supplements articles 24 and 32 of Law No. 9441 of 2005 on the production, storage, processing and marketing of milk and dairy products with regards to inspection procedures, the entities authorized to carry out inspection, and the penalties issued in case of infringements.
