This Law, consisting of 3 articles, provides for the obligation to display on packaging for products containing natural latex. Producers and importers of any product containing natural latex must display on packaging labels the awareness informing the presence of this substance. Illegal activity will be regulated by Law No. 8.078 of 11 September 1990.
