This Law No. 77 of 2013 amends articles 3, 8, 15, 34, 49, and 50 of Law 9048 of 2003 on cultural heritage with regards to inspection rules and procedures, the entities authorized to carry out the inspection, the penalties issued in case of infringement and the appeal process.
