The following amendments shall be made to the Law No. 2350 on oil: (a) item 36 of the Article 1 shall acquire a new wording “the authorized subsoil institution shall be the state body carrying out regulation in the sphere of geological study, rational and complex subsoil management”; (b) Article 6-2 shall acquire a new wording “The sphere of competence of the authorized subsoil institution shall include the state supervision in the field of subsoil protection, safety arrangements in the process
