In the Article 9 the wording “pertaining to state, public and private ownership” shall be substituted with the wording “pertaining to ownership of rural water users’ associations”. In the same article the wording “on contractual basis” shall be substituted with the wording “in accordance with contract with rural water users’ associations”.
