This Law governs the activity and relations of individual entrepreneurs, natural persons and legal entities in the areas of electric power generation, transmission, dispatch, distribution, import, export and consumption, as well as of natural gas supply, import, export, transportation, distribution and consumption, and ensures the functioning and development of the electric power and natural gas systems of Georgia by the principles of market economy. This Law extends to the supervision, extracti
