In the Article 34 the third part shall acquire a new wording: “Amount of environmental fees for emissions and discharge of pollutants into environment and waste disposal shall be established by the Cabinet of Ministers.” Part eight of the same article shall acquire a new wording: “The modalities of collection of environmental fees for emissions and discharge of pollutants into environment and disposal of domestic and non-domestic waste shall be established by the legislation.”
