This Law regulates the viticulture, wine production and other products originating from grape. All farmers, individuals or legal entities, Albanian or foreign, who conduct activities provided by this Law are subject to the requirements prescribed therein. Rules for wine production and consumption are provided. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is entitled to organize and keep the cadastral of viniculture and wine.
