This Law, consisting of seven Chapters, regulates the Plant Health Protection in the State of Mato Grosso. It establishes the hygiene and sanitary procedures to be carried out and fulfilled in order to keep and improve plant health of economic importance in the state of Mato Grosso. The Secretary of State for Rural Development (SEDER), through the Office of Agricultural Protection of the State of Mato Grosso (INDEA/ MT), is the competent authority to provide for related penalties for illegal act
