The present Law recognizes the State boundary as settled by the national acts and the bilateral agreements signed with neighbouring countries. It also determines the limits of territorial and inland waters where the Republic of Albania exercises its sovereignty according to the international laws and other international agreements. Navigation in territorial and inland waters and flying in the air space of the Republic are regulated by other specific laws.
