This Law shall determine the state policy in the sphere of industrial and consumer waste and is aimed at the prevention of negative impact upon environment and human health in the process of waste management, and the efficient use of recycled waste. It regulates relations originating in the process of waste generation, collection, storage, recycling, transportation and burial. This Law shall not be applicable to radioactive waste.
