This Law lays down rules for olive oil production, labelling and trade in order to ensure conformity with international market standards. The Law is composed of four Chapters: (I) Scope and Definitions; (II) Production and Trade of Olive Oil; (III) Administrative Offences; and (IV) Final and Transitional Provisions.
