This Law establishes legal framework in the sphere of protection and management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage. The objectives of this Law shall be: (a) consolidation of legal status of the objects of historical and cultural heritage; (b) regulation of rights and duties of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, associations and citizens in relation to conservation of the objects of historical and cultural heritage; (c) delimitation of competence of state bodi
