This Law amends Chapter 7 of Act No. 8.171 on Agricultural Policy establishing animal health protection. New chapter specifies the requirements, standards to be satisfied and sanitary controls to be carried out in order to prevent animal disease and to protect human health. Sanitary procedure shall be applied also on feedstuff.
