This Law supplements article 10 and amends articles 4, 5 as well as Annex No. 1 of Law 9769 of 2007. The amendment introduces sub-categories of the port tax defined by articles 4/1 while article 5 introduces additional rules of procedure regarding the payment of port taxes. Annex No. 1 ‘The level of port taxes in Republic of Albania’ is replaced with the new Annex.
