This Law aims at protecting human health and the environment against adverse effects caused by noise emissions. The Law consists of the following Chapters: (I) General provisions; (II) Responsible authorities; (III) Protection against noise; (IV) Assessment of noise emissions; (V) Monitoring and control; (VI) Penalties.
