This Law amends Act No. 7.802 on research, production, labelling, packaging, exploitation, classification, use, etc. of pesticides. It consists of 7 articles establishing new requirements to be satisfied by pesticide packaging and labelling in order to avoid environmental pollution. It also concerns competent authority entitled to carry out controls on this sector.
