This Law, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes the requirements to be met by National harbours, including inland water harbours, in terms of designing, land use planning and legal framework of any activity performed in the harbours' areas. The Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Harbour' areas (Chap. II); Harbour activity (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
