This Law establishes the rates of environmental fees and charges and the formula for calculation thereof. It shall be applicable to air pollution by hazardous substances (carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfuric anhydride, chlorine and chloroprene) and soil pollution by oil and hazardous substances (copper, zinc, sulfates, chlorides, nitrates, detergents/washing chemicals and salts of heavy metals).
