This Law establishes the legal basis for economic activities related to purchase of scrap and waste for sale of base metals subject to mandatory licensing. The buyer must keep record of scrap and waste on base metals and store them at the place of procurement, dispose thereof in accordance with Waste Management Act and provide information in accordance with the established procedure.
