The scope of this Law shall be: (a) to regulate production and use of biofuel; (b) promote the use of renewable and alternative energy; (c) to promote the use of biofuel; and (d) to promote growing of agricultural crops used for manufacturing of biofuel. Manufacturing of biofuel from raw materials of national origin shall be the state priority. The Ministry of Economy and the National standardization authority shall elaborate and validate technical requirements and standards for biofuel and bio-
