Item 4 of the Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Payment for timber extraction shall be calculated in accordance with the amount of timber extracted during the reported period. Payment for other bioresources shall be calculated in accordance with the present Law on the basis of the amount of used resources during the reported period and shall be transferred to the state budget each time before transportation of resources.”
