The present Law regulates legal relations between the authorized state veterinary institution and other institutions, enterprises and organizations, individual entrepreneurs, and also citizens. The authorized institution shall be responsible for: 1) organization and administration of veterinary service; 2) organization and carrying out the arrangements for prophylaxis, diagnostics, cure and liquidation of infectious, invasive and non-infectious animal and poultry disease; 3) prognostication and
