Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Payment for disposal of domestic waste shall be calculated in accordance with the provisions set by Law on rates of environmental charges (2000) in accordance with the amount and hazardousness class of waste disposed in allocated areas during the reported period, and shall be paid in accordance with the modalities set by this Law.”
