Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Revenues shall be paid in the course of the current budgetary year out of state budget in the form of subsidies for compliance with preliminary conditions set by the Article 3 of this Law. The amount of revenues shall be determined in accordance with the sum of environmental fees effectively paid following the results of the second year preceding the forthcoming budgetary year.”
