Law No. ZRU-111 amending Law No. 267-II on trademarks, service marks and names of the places of origin of commodities.

Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Certificate of trademark or certificate for the right of use of the place of origin of commodities shall be invalidated partially or completely by decision of board of appeal or by court decision”.
