The export duty rates are set for seeds of the following oil plants: 1). Linseed, whether or not broken; 2). Sunflower seed, whether or not broken; 3). Only flax seeds. The Cabinet of Ministers establishes, on a monthly basis, indicative prices on seeds of oil plants specified in the present Law, taking into consideration prices of these seeds existing at the international market.
