Law No.15 of 2013 on Registration, Adoption and Protection of agricultural varieties.

This Law consisting of 20 articles divided in V Chapters aims at (i) developing scientific documentation and knowledge in the breeding and improvement of plants in line with international conventions of agricultural varieties; and (ii) protecting conservation efforts and rights of developers and those who carry out the implementation of breeding and genetic improvement.
