The purpose of this Regional Law is the legal regulation of the relations for the prevention of hazardous impact of industrial and consumer waste materials on human health and environment and involvement of the aforesaid waste materials in economic turnover as the additional sources of raw materials. The Act consists of 5 Sections composed of 14 articles. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the competence of the regional state institutions and local administration i
