This Law determines legal, social and economic relations at the stages of procurement, processing, transportation, storage, trade of foodstuffs, materials, commodities and their ingredients, as well as packages and auxiliary materials between manufacturer, trader and consumer for the purpose of implicit ensuring the realization of the rights of physical and legal persons to purchase ecologically friendly, qualitative, safe and valuable foodstuffs, materials and commodities, including dietetic fo
