This Regional Law establishes the competence of the regional executive bodies in the sphere of ensuring quality and safety of agricultural commodities and foodstuffs (vegetable raw materials, animal products for alimentary use, natural or processed foodstuffs) produced or traded on the regional territory. The main purpose of the Regional Law is to ensure the right of the regional population to valuable nutrition with quality products as an indispensable condition for the realization of the right
